ReceivOps provides a non-custodial payment gateway infrastructure for Telegram communities. The Service enables creators to monetize their communities using USDC on the Base L2 network. ReceivOps does not hold, custody, or control any user funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. ReceivOps will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for all transactions initiated through the Service.

The Service may charge fees for certain features. Fee information will be clearly displayed before any transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceivOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
